Rob Seago is a geologist with over 20 years experience in the oil, gas and mining industries and is based in Cardiff, South Wales.

Rob has worked extensively in the Middle and Far East as well as Europe and North America as a freelance geologist since 1992.

His career to date has included geological mapping projects for major oil and gas companies evaluating frontier exploration territories.  In the mining sector his experience includes on-site structural evaluation with respect to exploration, slope stability issues, departmental reviews, in-house training and forward planning. Other work includes shallow seismic projects in the UK and Middle East. 

Rob has experience of working in small consultancies and of managing teams of technical specialists on a range of projects. He is a self-starter and can deliver a high specification of work to tight deadlines as evidenced by his extensive consultancy work.
